Our DELIVERY RULES for deliveries of steel scrap
I) There shall be no mixture of different grades of steel scrap, unless it is agreed.
II) Admixtures like copper, cables, wire, tin, lead, alloyed steel, stainless steel, wood, earth, rust, rubber, oils are not allowed, if it is not agreed otherwise before.
III) No delivery shall contain closed or not sufficiently open containers. For each found container there will be a founder fine of 1.000€.
IV) No delivery shall contain dangerous and radioactive materials. In the case of delivery of such materials the whole or part of the cargo will be either returned to the Supplier or eliminated at the expense of the Supplier .
These conditions are general and not final.
Conditions I, III and IV shall be binding for all Suppliers.
